Ingredients:

1 medium banana - mashed (90g)
2 tbsp zero calorie syrup - Choc Orange Flavour (Skinny Food Co)
115g Gluten Free Rolled Oats
10g Desiccated Coconut
40g Chocolate Spread

Equipment:

Small Bowl
Little Pot / Glass for Dipping

Method:

Mash your banana in a bowl, till a mushy wet consistency. Add all the oats, half the coconut (5g) and syrup into the bowl and mix thoroughly. Then add half the chocolate spread (20g) into the mixture and mix through. You want your texture to be slightly wet to touch, so add more syrup if too dry and more oats if too wet.

Roll the mixture into 10 small balls and pop in the fridge for 5 minutes to harden, ready for dipping.

Warm through the remaining chocolate spread in a little pot, take the balls from the fridge and dip the top of each one in the melted chocolate, once all bites have been dipped, sprinkle the remaining coconut (5g) over the top for decoration.

Pop back in the fridge for 5 mins till the chocolate hardens, then these are ready to enjoy!

Different Flavours

You can swap the flavours in this recipe really easily, and change the chocolate orange syrup to any flavour and add extras like peanut butter for different tastes. Other flavours I like are:
- Peanut Butter and Banana
- Banana & Coconut
- Double Chocolate
- Lemon and Coconut
